Hazard Level: medium
Why is it a hazard: since i will be filming when the visibility is low, and some the scenes require running there is a possibility you could trip over and injure yourself.
Prevent the risk: During the day when i can clearly see i will mark out a route and ensure that there is no objects blocking the route for the scenes and ensure that there is nothing that could injure somebody such as glass, on the floor.
Location: Woods
Hazard Level: very low
Why is it a hazard: When i will be filming i will be using bright torches since the visibility is low, there is a minor chance that during one of the scenes somebody could accidentally get temporary blinded by the light if hit directly in the eyes and could stumble into a tree.
Prevent the risk: I will ensure that nobody gets the torch directly in their eyes by telling all my actors about the light and that i will shout out if i am rising the torch above shoulder height.

hazard assessments need to be completed for every location that you intend to shoot in.
